Norman Harper owned Harper’s Lake Diner on The Strip, in the area of the Visitor’s Bureau. He and his wife also owned the Inglemere Cottages on the west end of the village.
Harper was born in Unionville and lived in Geneva/GOTL since the early 1930s. He worked for Miller Realty Co. when not running his businesses.
His daughter, Mrs. Dave Richards, worked at the diner. They had two other daughters, June and Norma.
