Louis B. Dellabarca purchased Ramsey’s Idle-A-While in 1944. Prior to coming to GOTL, he was in the restaurant business in Cleveland and trained as an accountant. He graduated from the Spencerian business college in Cleveland.
Dellabarca served in the military during World War I and as a mess officer stateside during WWII. He and his wife Louise had two daughters: Lois (Conrad) (1927-2014) and Doris (deceased).
