In the 1940s Lomas Park, which was across from the Geneva Theater, offered parking, bicycle rentals and even radios for rent.
The park had two concentric bicycle tracks, where many youngsters learned how to ride a bicycle (inside track) and later learned how to home their skills (outside track).
